The “Knowledge Briefs“ are monthly, 30-minute long online presentations with the aim to make complex topics accessible for everyone, regardless of their field of expertise. The topics are chosen by active Juniors and are presented by experts on their subject area. Each presentation is accompanied by a 30-minute long Q&A session to deepen the comprehension and interaction between the participants.
While the topics are chosen by current Juniors, the presentations are open for any interested people, including Alumni, which are also eligible to hand in topics for future presentations. The aim of the project is to make knowledge publicly available and to promote interdisciplinary learning. Furthermore, it fosters the exchange between current Juniors and Alumni and also between Juniors and junior researchers which are not associated with the GAMM Juniors.
If you would like to participate, you can join our Discord server or contact us directly via mail (juniors[at]gamm.org). Furthermore, keep an eye onto our LinkedIn account, where we also share such information.
